Meet Jocelyn — Creative Director

Jocelyn is a conscious brand builder, strategic project manager, designer, and visionary. As the founder of 4020 Creative Agency, she leads brands with clarity, strategy, and intention.


Her global perspective comes from years working across continents, partnering with international brands and translating complex ideas into design systems that feel human, modern, and genuinely authentic.


She blends analytical thinking with creative intuition, positioning 4020 as a partner for founders and teams seeking more than aesthetics they seek transformation, systems, and clarity that scale.


Today, Jocelyn leads a bilingual (EN/ES), cross-continental team bringing the cultural intelligence and creative rigor needed to build brands that stand out globally.

Impressed by the originality of their design, the company acquired the project as a foundation and inspiration for its product portfolio.
